Step Inside

Pendunes is a wonderful mid-terrace townhouse set over three floors and has recently been styled from top to bottom offering a luxury holiday base for friends and family to relax and enjoy a memorable holiday beside-the-sea. Arrive into the central hallway and lead into the open plan living and dining space. The living room offers relaxed seating for the whole party to gather together whatever the season, from celebratory weekends to extended Summer stays, feel right at home. The large dining table can seat 8 guests comfortably and can be dressed for lavish dinners or simply a hearty breakfast before heading out to the coast. The kitchen is to the rear of the house and offers ample space for all the party to get stuck in with the culinary preparations. Located off the kitchen is the ground floor bedroom and shower room. From the hallway, climb the stairs to the first floor which then splits to the rear where a further seating area offers a great space for children to play or quieter nook to sit and read. The family bathroom is also on this level. To the front of the house on the first floor is the master bedroom, a generous oasis of comfort dressed in cool blues and olive greens and including an ensuite shower room and beautiful views down towards St Ives harbour. Climb the stairs to the second floor to two further stylish bedrooms which share a family shower room.

A large outside dining table with relaxed seating offers a day long space to enjoy al fresco dining from breakfast through to evening drinks as the sun goes down. With the sandy beaches of St Ives within walking distance, guests can enjoy the luxury of the location as you enjoy a morning dip in the clear waters of Porthminster Beach or head to the surf of Porthmeor Beach. The iconic coastal town of St Ives is a wonderful place to explore whether you stay for a week or choose an out of season weekend. Amble from your holiday door to the harbour front in just 10 minutes and enjoy the comings and goings of the colourful fishing boats. St Ives offers a tempting choice of cafes and restaurants in all seasons and the myriad of shops and galleries offer inspirational shopping.   • There is an outside terrace at the front of the house, this is on a very slight slope.
  • The house is set over 3 floors, please note to access the snug area, there are a further 4 steps at the first floor level.

Home Truths

  • The property changeovers, welcome gift and maintenance are managed by the property owner.
  • The back gate at Pendunes is a shared access to a small self contained apartment and the owner has asked that guests do not use the gate after 10pm to avoid disturbing the neighbouring properties. The beautiful seating area for Pendunes is at the front of the house.
