Seacrest is a fabulous holiday home and I would highly recommend it. Our family had a lovely holiday. The property offers a real home from home feel and provides everything you need and more.

Throw open the double doors from the living room and spill out onto the large decking area which wraps around the entire front of Seacrest. Soak up the views and fresh sea air from your very own vantage point, chart the comings and goings of maritime activity from the early bird fishing boats to the hardy day sailors as they navigate the waters of Mount's Bay. A wooden dining table ensures al fresco dining, capture the morning sunshine with a lazy breakfast or morning coffee. Pull up a steamer chair and simply unwind. To the side of the house is a circular grassed lawn and planted flower and herb beds which brim with colour in the warmer months. Tucked away to the rear of the house is an oasis of tranquility, a sheltered sun trap with garden hammock and rustic summer house decking space. Seacrest offers off road parking for up to one car with further parking available on a first come basis. The quintessential harbour village of Mousehole is just moments away, a gentle walk from the house and down the hill to the harbour in just 10 minutes. Mousehole is proud of its heritage and tradition and maintains a truly Cornish ambiance, the colourful fishing boats still bring in the days catch and the picture perfect cottages are home to local residents. With its 'way down West' location, Mousehole is no less considered with a number of artisan cafes offering a hearty cream tea, local pubs to sample Cornwall's ales and indulgent deli and of course some of the best souvenir shopping. At low tide the golden sand beach is revealed and children will enjoy the safe sheltered shores and crystal blue sea swimming. Wile away your days exploring this wonderful village or, if a day trip is on the agenda, head to the other nearby beaches including Porthcurno and Sennen. The iconic landmark of St Michaels Mount is well worth a visit as guests walk across the ancient causeway to the castle. The larger coastal town of St Ives is within easy access or enjoy the University town of Falmouth.
