The grounds of Trewidden House are a gardeners dream! a diverse range of shrubberies disperse the majestic trees that stand tall, gracefully encircling the grounds in a protective manner.  A private and secure tennis court is hidden away just offset from the long driveway with plenty of grassy areas surrounding the court, making it an ideal little spot for a picnic.  Following the gravelled pathway under an archway of mature trees leads to the enormous main lawn.  The focal point is a beautiful granite and brass sculpture which stands delicately at the front of the garden while a marvellous red brick wall defines the right hand side boundary, complete with Secret Garden style gate.  Children will adore a game or two of hide and seek in this safe environment whilst parents relax on the lawn.

A fabulous house in a beautiful location. With a wonderful housekeeper who was warm and helpful. Three generations had a wonderful week which we wished would never end.

The pics on the site were so good that we were afraid the reality would be less impressive, this was not the case the house was in great shape! Very impressive in fact! Well done! I will book it again one day !

This is the first property I have booked through Cornish Gems but if they are all up to this standard then I will certainly be using the company again.
