Excellent location. Stunning views. Very well equipped and appointed. Clean, tidy, well presented. Furnished to a high standard. Very helpful, happy wax staff both out of hours and normal hours. Issue with lack of hot water was resolved on the day with no inconvenience to us. Very impressed. Hard to see how anything could be improved.

Spectacular views across St Ives Bay (including dolphins circling off Porthminster Beach immediately downhill from the apartment!); a short walk down to the harbour for loads of great food and shops (and swimming seals!); excellent base for coastal walks and, within easy reach by car, St Michaels Mount, Minack Theatre and Lands End. Fantastic top floor bedroom with superb en suite and bijou balcony great for morning coffee and evening glass of bubbly; comfy window seats in the large open plan kitchen/diner/sitting area were an added bonus in less clement weather
