We had initially overlooked this property as it was an apartment, rather than a house, and despite it being just for 2 people, we had assumed that we would need a house to secure the peace and quiet we were after. We were wrong, and the apartment has been wonderful. It's very spacious, and lovely and light, but the differentiator has been the outside space. Having somewhere of our own where we can lay out and relax, and BBQ of an evening had been a joy. The service from Cornish Gems really cannot be faulted, and Natalie in particular has been wonderful. She was extremely generous with her time whilst we were searching for a property, and her extensive knowledge of Cornwall really was invaluable. This level of service ultimately was the motive for us booking through Cornish Gems and she really is a wonderful ambassador for your company. Also, the support we've had during our stay has been great too, and a personal text message to check in with us (again from Natalie) was a really nice touch. The preparation of the apartment from the Cornish Gems team has also been difficult to fault, with plenty of towels, fresh bed linen, and robes available, all of which have made our stay very comfortable. The bespoke food box from the Cornish Food Box company is a nice touch too, and the delivery service and the quality of ingredients from them has been wonderful. There's no question that booking with Cornish Gems carries a premium, but rightfully so in my opinion. You tend to get what you pay for in life and for that reason Cornish Gems have 2 additional lifelong customers in us. Thank you.

We have stayed at Ocean Cliffs twice now and are sure to return when we can. The most wonderful sea view - we were there for the recent storm and it was amazing to watch, sat inside all cosy and with the fire over Easter. Very lucky. Beach days, ice creams, and rain but knowing going back to our home from home. Delightful.

Amazing location, fabulous penthouse. We had a blissful week and the weather was terrible, but it didn't matter at all. We walked in the rain and came back and lit the fire and watched the waves crashing below against the cliffs. A spectacular holiday and we will definitely be booking again. This was an unforgettable place to stay. The property was stunning. Not just because of its unforgettable location but because of every beautiful detail that had been thought of. It was a work of art! The way the furnishings were so in keeping with the surroundings - every little detail was a delight. And the appliances! The kitchen, the shower, the sound system - it had the best of everything. It felt like no corners had been cut it was all the best of the best. It was spectacular. From the website I had the highest of hopes and yet somehow being there in the flesh surpassed it. I can not stop raving about it and trying to arrange another time to return. I wish I was there right now!

Ocean Cliffs is a beautiful apartment, very comfortable, stylishly decorated and well equipped and with stunning views. Our family holiday there was very memorable, and the hot tub was a big favourite. I also found the Cornish Gems staff very helpful at all times.
