A lovely apartment in a great location! Very comfortable and very well furnished. We have been fortunate to have fabulous weather and recommend walking to St Ives and also to Porthkidney Beach in the other direction along the coast path. The views over St Ives are even better than the photos.

What can we say, other than WOW. A wonderful apartment with stunning location and view. Great touches around the apartment and all that you could need. Beautiful walks, beaches and countryside to explore with stunning coastline to enjoy. We walked to Lelant on the coastal path and beaches in the wonderful weather on Monday. We have loved every minute exploring

This is our third stay at apartment 16. As with previous stays the apartment is very cleanwith everything we needed to self cater. I like the new microwave! This holiday we went to Carbis Bay every evening to watch the tide come in. We visited Cape Cornwall and had a lovely 5 mile coastal walk, visited Newquay and the beautiful beaches, visited Falmouth had a fantastic time!

We have had a lovely week here at Sun Up, we have been staying in and round Carbis Bay for the past 12 years. We can honestly say that this is the best we have stayed in. You have literally thought of everything, even blankets to sit on the balcony, the view is spectacular - all the way to St Ives, perfect location for Carbis Bay Beach Train Station, the bed was so comfy and the whole place smelt amazing! We have loved every minute, Thankyou everything has been perfect and we dont find that often!

Our first week away since our last Cornwall holiday in 2019 - a heavenly return to the area. Cornish Gems and Sun Up were both new to us and exceptional in every respect. Highlights included coffee on the balcony, fresh seafood from Stevensons in Newlyn and the ever lovely Porthminster Beach Cafe for lunch and dinner. Best of all, plenty of fresh air and beach walks.
