Second visit to this lovely cottage and we were not disappointed. The cottage is lovely, extremely well appointed and very cozy. It has everything you would need for a week away from it all. Loads of walks. Portscatho is a lovely village and the two pubs are wonderful. (We would recommend the food at the Plume and Feathers). Also, the addition of the bird feeder outside the kitchen window was a real treat as, every morning, we were greeted with loads of blue and great tits scoffing away! Already looking forward to coming back next year and discovering more walks!

Second visit to this lovely cottage and we were not disappointed. The cottage is lovely, extremely well appointed and very cozy. It has everything you would need for a week away from it all. (We would recommend the food at the Plume and Feathers – I had Ling as the catch of the day and it was one on the best meals I’ve had in a pub, anywhere!) Also, the addition of the bird feeder outside the kitchen window was a real treat as, every morning, we were greeted with loads of blue and great tits scoffing away! Special thanks to John and Lucie for providing such a beautiful rural escape Oh! And the lovely jam – such an unexpected welcome gift and it was delicious with toast from the loaf we got with the Cornish Food Box Company hamper we ordered! Already looking forward to coming back next year and discovering more walks! All I can say is, that in our experience, your service is so good there is no need for improvement! Keep it up!!

The Dairy was very comfortable, stylish and in a perfect location: down a quiet lane, set back from the lane, tucked in a corner of a large garden with lovely views down the valley to the sea. All details had been thought about: kitchen equipment, toiletries, kitchen goods (bin liners, washing up liquid). The lighting was good, the furniture comfortable. The bed was comfortable. Although the property is small, there is room for all of one's things: cupboard, countertop and bedside tables in bathroom and bedroom.
