We accept all major credit and debit cards except AMEX. There is no charge for debit card transactions, a surcharge of 2.5% is added to all credit card transactions. Please be assured we DO NOT charge a booking fee for our holidays. Our office opening hours are: Mon-Fri 9.30am-5.30pm; Sat 10.00am-5.00pm. We are closed on Sundays and Bank Holiday Mondays.

Gwithian is the spacious top floor two bedroom, two bathroom, penthouse, it has been interior designed creating a contemporary feel with a dash of individual character. Upon entering the apartment you are greeted with lots of natural light and a welcoming atmosphere.

A glass door from the entrance hall leads into the open plan kitchen/dining/living area featuring twin turrets and double French doors that open out onto a Juliet balcony. There is a leather "easy chair" and stool perfectly placed for soaking up those unbeatable, outstanding views. There is also a red armchair and a retro jukebox CD player.

The living space offers a large L shaped and extremely comfortable sofa, wall mounted flat screen TV with Freeview and DVD player. The recess of the right turret offers an enormous 'Fat Boy' beanbag and telescope to further explore and enjoy the views from its 3 windows. At the opposite end of the room is the the left hand turret recess (also with 3 windows), featuring a circular glass dining table with four coloured plastic dining chairs. The contemporary white kitchen offers a large fridge/freezer, microwave oven, fan assisted oven, 5 ring gas hob, 4 slice toaster, kettle, cafetiere and is well stocked with plenty of crockery, cutlery and utensils.

The main bathroom is accessible from the open plan living space. Facilities include a double shower with glass door, rectangular ceramic sink, heated towel rail, toilet, large wall mirror and shaver socket.

Back to the entrance hall…and to the left is the sumptuous master bedroom offering a 6ft solid wood super king size bed, bedside tables and lamps. There is also a white wooden ottoman/blanket box, dressing table/stool, matching mirror and quartz feature lamp, wardrobe and en-suite shower room. En-suite facilities include single shower cubicle with glass door, rectangular ceramic sink, heated towel rail, toilet, large wall mirror and shaver socket.

To the right is the twin room offering 2 x 3ft single solid wood beds with bedside table in between, wooden clothes rail, tall chest of drawers and driftwood mirror.

Both the bedrooms boast Conran designer bed linen, and both bathrooms are fitted with Villeroy & Boch sanitary ware.

Very nice Location, wonderful View, have had such a good time in St. Ives. Used to stay at Carbis Bay every Summer, it was a great experience to stay in the "Heart" of St.Ives. We really enjoyed our short holiday very much. Love to come back soon! Thank you very much.
