- Competition Period: The competition runs from 1st to 30th November 2025.
- The Prize: A 7-night stay in a new block room at The Oasis Hotel & Spa, Turkey for two guests, on a bed and breakfast basis. Flights, transfers and additional food and drink are not included.
- Prize Restrictions: The prize must be taken between May and October, in either 2026 or 2027.
- Standard booking terms and conditions apply, including any cancellation or damage policies.
- Winner Selection: The winner will be chosen at random from all eligible entries. The decision of the promoter is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
- Winner Notification: The winner will be notified via email within 7 days of the competition closing date. If the winner does not respond within 7 days, the promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
- Prize Non-Transferable: The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or other alternatives.
- Publicity: By entering this competition, the winner agrees to participate in any associated publicity, including having their name shared on Cornish Gems and Discerning Collection’s social media channels.
