Rooted within nine tranquil acres of private land in the rolling South Cornwall hills, this quintessential country farmhouse offers unrivaled peace and seclusion in luxurious comfort. Polsue Farm House is an oasis of calm in rural Cornwall, free from the bedlam of urban life. Spacious and full of light, the open-plan living area is airy yet sumptuously cosy - an ideal place for gathering loved ones to celebrate and feast together. The sprawling outdoor space is a patchwork of terraces, gardens, lawns, and paddocks where children can roam and explore freely. Offering four luxurious double bedrooms, including an ample primary suite boasting a double-height ceiling and a Juliet balcony with views across the lush landscape. Three of the bedrooms feature en-suite bathrooms, all of which provide ethical and sustainable toiletries from land&water. Although hidden and secluded, Polsue Farm House is near some of Cornwall’s finest gardens and attractions, such as the Lost Gardens of Heligan and the Eden Project. The delights of the Roseland Peninsula, along with numerous beaches and charming coastal villages, are also within easy reach of your holiday home.

An amazing place where we could all come together to celebrate my son's 30th Birthday. So much fun and laughter, it's been just what we needed! This home felt like ours just for a few days! Its exceptional attention to detail and comfort was really appreciated. We all have slept like babies! We would LOVE to return sometime soon!

Step Inside

Polsue Farm House has been thoughtfully and meticulously renovated into a deluxe holiday haven, faultlessly blending rustic country charm with modern and eco-conscious details. Step through the entrance hall into a grand, light-filled atrium, running the length of the house and connecting the ground-floor living spaces with the four first-floor bedrooms. Children will delight in the snug, with its board games, books, and DVDs, as well as the table football game in the atrium. Meanwhile, the plush living room is a cosy sanctuary, boasting luxe velvet sofas and a glass-fronted woodburner within the beautiful fireplace. It's the perfect spot to hunker down and unwind in.

At the far end of the atrium is the open-plan kitchen-diner and orangery. The first-rate Wolf range cooker and large island make the impressively equipped kitchen a chef's dream, ideal for preparing produce from the nearby Pendower Farm Shop. You could also elevate your stay with a private chef for celebratory, stress-free meals, bookable via your guest account. The triple-aspect orangery features bifold doors to extend the space outside for alfresco living, as well as a woodburner for cosying up and idling during the cooler months.

Ascend the private stairs from the atrium to the master bedroom suite. Amply sized and luxuriously finished, it features a vaulted ceiling, dressing room, en-suite, and a Juliet balcony with views across the landscape - a soul-nourishing way to start your day. The second atrium staircase ascends to a landing and the other three inviting double bedrooms, two of which feature en-suites. The ample and refined family bathroom, located off the landing, is the ideal place to unwind in a hot bath after the day's escapades.

The orangery opens out to the large east-facing terrace, perched above the lush garden and looking out to the green countryside beyond. Comfortable outdoor seating and a dining table are provided for outdoor living, while a gas barbecue, table tennis, and the Finnish throwing game Mölkky are available during the warmer months (April-October). The verdant country-style grounds are well-maintained yet relaxed, with naturalistic planting and rewilded areas. Seating is dotted about to cherish the beautiful views and pockets of serenity.
