Beyond our expectations. Nothing at all I could find fault with. The VIEW oh the VIEW. Fantastic. Over the past 11 years we have been coming down to Carbis Bay this is by far the best View we have had in any apartment we have stayed in. Apartment was outstanding didn't really want to leave. Fantastic Service from Start to Finish. Superb Welcome Pack and communication faultless. Keep doing what you are doing guys

Step Inside
Sun Up is a single level apartment located on the first floor. Open up the oak door front door and arrive to hallway leading to the the hub of the home, the open plan kitchen, dining and living area. The architects and interior designers have worked hard focusing on that all important Atlantic ocean vista. With an inspired Scandi interior design, the apartment offers ample space for all. Sumptuous fabrics, the comfiest of sofas, modern furniture and coastal artwork set the scene for summer stays or take advantage of elevated position for storm watching. Superfast broadband wifi can be found throughout the apartment and along with the 40” flat screen televisions, DVD player, Bose stereo, games console and Apple TV. Each bedroom offers luxury Hypnos beds for the ultimate slumber and each contemporary bathroom has the latest fixtures and fittings including indulgent drench showers.
On Your Doorstep
Sun Up offers a sit out balcony from the living room where guests can enjoy the ebb and flow of coastal life below. The beautiful west of Cornwall is just waiting to be explored from your holiday door. From the plum position in Carbis Bay, wander down to Carbis Bay Beach. This postcard-perfect cove offers crystal clear waters, soft golden sand and has recently been awarded Blue Flag status. Watersports enthusiasts can take to the seas and explore in kayaks or learn to SUP paddleboard whilst little ones splash in the shallows under the watchful eye of the seasonal lifeguards. Carbis Bay beach offers a cool beach cafe, stylish bar and tempting restaurant so the whole family can enjoy a day at the beach. The South West Coast path is moments away leading keen walkers up and over some of the most stunning cliffs and headlands, don't forget your camera. The branch line train shuttles to and fro along the coastline into the centre of St Ives, leave the car behind and enjoy the short 8 minute journey known as one of the most beautiful in the country! St Ives is just waiting to be explored. Wander through the traditional narrow streets to the harbour front and soak up the comings and goings of this unique and picture perfect coastal town. A short walk from car to front door with no steps, stairs or lifts. Sun Up is located in Block B in the middle of the building on the first floor. The entrance foyer to Block B is on the first floor, once entered there is a staircase to your left which descends and ascends, alternatively there is a fire door straight ahead which leads you to Sun Up. All floor finishes are carpet.
