We accept all major credit and debit cards except AMEX. There is no charge for debit card transactions, a surcharge of 2.5% is added to all credit card transactions. Please be assured we DO NOT charge a booking fee for our holidays. Our office opening hours are: Mon-Fri 9.30am-5.30pm; Sat 10.00am-5.00pm. We are closed on Sundays and Bank Holiday Mondays.

Arranged over 3 floors, Far Far Away is a truly delightful, well presented Cornish holiday cottage, ideally placed in the centre of St. Ives. Its location offers superb accessibility to the many delights that picturesque St. Ives has on offer, from its 5 golden sandy beaches through to its array of shops, cafes and galleries.

On entering the cottage a small porch area leads into the entrance hallway. Immediately to your right is a light and airy, good sized double bedroom offering a 4ft 6" pine double bed complemented with striped soft furnishings. Continuing along the hallway is the gorgeous little snug/living room which has been lovingly decorated and furnished. Features include a two seater sofa and matching armchair, flat screen TV, DVD/CD player, iPod docking station and alcove shelving area. This room offers views over the town and glimpses of the sea. There is also a WC on this level with a toilet, wash hand basin and heated towel rail.

A narrow wooden staircase leads from the entrance hall down into the spacious open plan kitchen, dining and second living area (please be aware that these stairs are quite steep). The fully integrated modern kitchen combines white units with a wood effect worktop and tiled slate flooring. Kitchen facilities include a coffee machine, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, fridge with ice box, electric oven and gas hob. There is a large solid wood dining table with 6 dining chairs and there are also 2 large, comfortable white sofa's along with a retro radio. Access to the small rear courtyard is through the utility room. The utility room offers an iron and ironing board, ceiling hung clothes airer and enough room for storage of body boards, wetsuits, etc. The small courtyard offers a BBQ, table, chairs and 2 seater bench seat plus a chiminea - perfect for warming up those cooler evenings.

Another flight of stairs rises from the entrance area up to the 2 further bedrooms and the main bathroom. Bedroom 1 is the master bedroom which has been decorated with a white and grey theme, offering a 4ft 6" double bed, white wood bedstead, double wardrobe, one bedside table with lamp, grey armchair and views over the town to St. Ives Bay. Bedroom 2 is the chic single room offering a 3ft single bed, wall mounted shelf with rail/hangers, bedside table with lamp and wooden chair. There is space in this room for an additional single Z-bed for 1 extra child (this is available upon request at the time of confirming your reservation - linen and towels are provided and a small supplement is payable).The main bathroom is on this level and offers a bath with overhead shower, heated towel rail, over-sized wash hand basin and vanity unit.
