If your booking is made outside of office hours at the weekend and over Bank Holidays we may take up to 48 hours to return your call. Alternatively, you are more than welcome to call us to confirm your booking at your preferred time within 48 hours of making your online reservation. We accept all major credit and debit cards except AMEX. There is no charge for debit card transactions, a surcharge of 2.5% is added to all credit card transactions. Please be assured we DO NOT charge a booking fee for our holidays. Our office opening hours are: Mon-Fri 9.30am-5.30pm; Sat 10.00am-5.00pm. We are closed on Sundays and Bank Holiday Mondays.

Garth Cottage is a beautiful, quaint Cornish cottage situated in a rural hamlet called Tregonetha (pronounced "Treg-on-eth-ah") offering great accessibility to the north coast for example, it is only a 15/20 minute drive from the popular resort Padstow which offers a plethora of amenities including 4 Rick Stein eating establishments and a bijous collection of boutique shops, pubs and restaurants.

Garth Cottage sleeps 5 with 3 bedrooms (1 king, 1 double 1 single), off-road parking, wonderful living space, logburner, garden, wifi, cot and highchair. Garth Cottage is the perfect base from which to explore all our beautiful Duchy has to offer.

Upon entering the hallway to Garth Cottage through the porch and characteristic stable door, you are welcomed with a cosy and charming atmosphere. On your left is the entrance to the living room offering a sumptuous 3-seater sofa, armchair, beanbag, flat screen Sony TV with Freeview box, Panasonic DVD recorder, a selection of books and large fireplace with log burner. To your right is a small study room with feature fireplace, armchair, window seat, CD player, small selection of books, good sized wall mirror and a slim mirror-effect console table with table lamps.

Continuing along the hallway you arrive at the spacious kitchen, breakfast and dining area. The kitchen décor has been created with a typical country cottage feel consisting of low ceiling beams, a slate tiled floor complemented with red/cream colours and a dark wood finish. The kitchen is fully equipped offering a dishwasher, fridge/freezer as well as an under-counter fridge, Stanley oven with hob, microwave, coffee machine and radio. There is a breakfast table in the kitchen area with enough seating for full occupancy, and a small wall mounted flat screen TV.

Open plan, adjoining the kitchen is the dining area/conservatory extension offering a large wooden dining table with 6 high back dining chairs finished in cream fabric, wooden sideboard, CD player, 2 white wooden slatted armchairs with cushions and small bench style seat. Patio doors lead from this wonderful conservatory room to the good sized grassy garden with small patio area and dining facilities for al-fresco dining. There are also two sun loungers available, a large bench and small bistro table for a morning cup of coffee whilst browsing the newspaper.

Back inside, just to the right of the staircase is the main bathroom offering a large walk in wetroom complete with raindrop shower head shower, feature pebble effect floor, heated towel rail, toilet and wash basin. The stairs lead up to an additional WC with toilet, wash hand basin and the three beautifully presented bedrooms.

Bedroom one: Master bedroom: King size dark brown, leather effect sleigh bed, large triple door built in wardrobe with full length mirror on the middle door, 2 mirrored bedside tables with stylish bauble effect bedside lamps, mannequin clothes stand and window seat.

Bedroom two: Double bedroom: 4ft 6" double bed, characteristic drawer unit with 13 little drawers, 2 wooden bedside cabinets with cupboard and drawer space, bedside lamps, dresser mirror, wall mounted coat hooks with coat hangers, mannequin clothes stand and window seat.

Bedroom three: Single bedroom: 2ft 6" single bed, slim wooden dresser table with matching chair and 2 table lamps, decorative wall ladder with coat hangers for clothes, small wall hanging mirror, wall mounted wooden coat hooks with hangers and window seat.
