- Promoter: The promoters of this competition are Cornish Gems Ltd and Mother Pukka. The competition is run in collaboration with The Barrels, St Agnes, who will support promotion of the competition.
- Eligibility: This competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over. Employees of Cornish Gems, Mother Pukka, The Barrels, and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.
- Entry Requirements: To enter, participants must: Like the competition Instagram Reel, follow @mother_pukka, @cornishgemsholidays, and @thebarrels_stagnes on Instagram , and tag who they would share the stay with in the comments (one tag equals one entry). Multiple entries are permitted.
- The Prize:A three-night stay at The Barrels, St Agnes for up to ten (10) guests, with an Extraordinary Gem welcome gift on arrival. Travel, experiences and additional food and drink are not included.
- Prize Restrictions: The stay must be taken in 2026, excluding UK school holidays and half-term periods. Dates are subject to availability and must be agreed with Cornish Gems. The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or alternative dates Standard Cornish Gems booking terms and conditions apply, including cancellation and damage policies
- Winner Selection: The winner will be chosen at random from all eligible entries. The decision of the promoter is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
- Winner Notification: The winner will be notified via direct message within 7 days of the competition closing date. If the winner does not respond within 7 days, the promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner. Please keep an eye out for spam accounts - we will never ask for financial details.
- Prize Non-Transferable: The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or other alternatives.
- Publicity: By entering this competition, the winner agrees to participate in any associated publicity, including having their name shared on Cornish Gems', Mother Pukka's and The Barrels' social media channels.
