Step Inside

Designed by our in-house interiors team and inspired by Cornwall’s north coast, this modern beach house combines clean design with a relaxed coastal feel.


Shades of blue and green run through the open-plan kitchen, creating a calm, contemporary space to cook and gather. Low-carbon appliances add a practical, eco-conscious edge without compromising on style.


The living room balances texture and tone, with comfortable seating and locally sourced artwork adding interest. Just off the main space, the snug introduces subtle pattern and well-chosen furniture, offering a quieter spot to unwind.


Upstairs, bedrooms are finished in cool coastal hues with soft, quality bedding - simple, restful spaces designed for a good night’s sleep after a day spent exploring nearby beaches and towns.


Immerse yourself into the blissful hot tub or indulge in a barbecue, in the sun trap garden of Polview. The garden boasts landscaping using regional materials and also a rewilded area, to benefit surrounding biodiversity.


On Your Doorstep

If you’re ready to explore beyond your Gem, Cornwall’s north coast offers some of the county’s best beaches and coastal scenery. Crantock remains a firm favourite with visitors, set just outside Newquay - a town well known for its independent restaurants and established surf scene.


A short walk from Polview takes you to Crantock Beach, ideal for swimming, watersports and rockpooling at low tide. For those who prefer to stay on land, the South West Coast Path provides excellent walking routes, including stretches towards Polly Joke and Holywell Bay, with plenty of pubs and cafés along the way for a relaxed stop-off.

We will also need notification at least 1 week before arrival if the charger is required during your stay, providing the full name and email address used to sign up to Pod Point - this will be passed on to the property owner to pre-approve access to the charge point. An email will be sent to the email address given, which requires a confirmation action by you. Please keep an eye open for this email.
