This stunning barn conversion, tucked away in the peaceful rural hamlet of Engollan near Mawgan Porth, was originally a cowshed and part of the historic Great Engollan Farm.


The property offers four spacious luxury bedrooms, four bathrooms, and a beautiful open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area - all featuring unique touches from the original structure. It’s the perfect space for guests to gather and enjoy a relaxed holiday lifestyle.


Outside, a hot tub and expansive garden provide plenty of room for little ones to play and create lasting holiday memories. The Linhay’s layout is particularly well-suited to young families.


Nearby, the sandy beaches of Harlyn Bay, Constantine, Watergate Bay, Mawgan Porth, and more are just a short drive away, offering some of the best surfing in Cornwall. Ideal for a getaway in any season.


We had a fantastic week at The Linhay. It was extremely well equipped and beautifully furnished. It had a lovely feel and we felt it was our home for the week. The hot tub was great too.

French doors from the living area lead to a large, secure walled garden, once the old farmyard, where children can play safely while adults relax in the sunshine. Comfortable seating throughout the garden invites you to soak up the Cornish rays, while a paved area with a large table makes al fresco dining a joy for the whole family.


Step outside to admire the striking granite pillars and the walls of quartz and spar stone - a nod to Linhay’s historic farm life. And for ultimate relaxation, unwind in the bubbling hot tub, letting the peaceful surroundings wash away the everyday.

  • Bedroom three: A twin room with 2 x 3ft painted wood beds, reading lights, wardrobe, book shelf and chest of drawers
