Welcoming up to 2 dogs, Treetops is a superb choice for family holidays, dog-friendly escapes and stylish coastal breaks in one of North Cornwall’s most loved beach locations.

A beautiful house which swallowed us all up. We loved BBQs in the garden. Amazing beach days. Peterville Inn was brilliant.

Step Inside

Open the garden gate to an oasis of rural luxury and step inside the beauty of this extra-special home from home. Treetops offers a wonderfully calm and considered welcome, beginning with a large boot room with ample space for all your holiday kit, from wellingtons and walking boots to wetsuits, buckets and beach balls.

From here, step into the relaxed and welcoming living area, where oversized sofas, a cosy log burner and a soft country colour palette of browns, creams and natural wood create an inviting space to unwind. After days spent on the coast, families can come together in comfort to reconnect, share stories and settle into the easy rhythm of holiday life.

Located just off the living room, the bright and spacious kitchen and dining area brings a contemporary twist to the home. Sliding doors flood the room with natural light and frame the verdant green backdrop of rural Cornwall, while the smart dining table and chairs are perfectly positioned for long breakfasts, relaxed suppers and celebratory meals together.

The fully fitted kitchen is expertly equipped with everything needed for your holiday menu, whether you’re preparing beach picnics, hearty breakfasts or evening feasts using local Cornish produce. Statement artwork adds a splash of colour and character, balancing the home’s country charm with a fresh, stylish finish.

A convenient cloakroom completes the ground floor, adding practicality for busy beach days and family stays.

A central staircase leads to the first floor, where 3 beautifully presented bedrooms and 3 seriously stylish bathrooms await. Each bedroom has been dressed to impress with its own unique country-inspired colour scheme, complemented by luxury beds, quality furnishings and beautiful linens for restful nights and slow mornings.

On Your Doorstep

Slide back the glass doors and open the windows to the spacious paved terrace that wraps around the front of Treetops. The garden has been beautifully and considerately landscaped, with chunky wooden raised beds brimming with herbs and flowers and a pergola laced with wisteria. Established trees flank the boundary, creating a wonderfully private setting and a true sense of serenity.

Designed for relaxed outdoor living, this peaceful garden space invites long al fresco lunches, evening drinks and Cornish feasts cooked on the built-in BBQ. Children and dogs can safely explore and play within the fully enclosed garden, while the grown-ups unwind in the sunshine and enjoy the calm of this leafy setting.

The Bolingey Inn is just a short 5-minute walk away, offering great Cornish food, drinks in the sunshine and a welcoming village atmosphere. For those keen to explore on foot, grab the OS map at Treetops and step straight out to discover local pathways, leafy lanes and countryside walks.

Pack up for a beach day and drive just 1 mile to Perranporth, a sweeping 3-mile stretch of golden sand and Atlantic surf. Loved by surfers, walkers, families and dog owners, the beach is dog friendly throughout the year and offers plenty of space for swimming, sandcastles, beach games and long shoreline strolls.

The Watering Hole is well worth a visit for morning coffee, relaxed pub-style lunches or live music throughout the year, all in its magical “on the beach” setting. If walking the coast path is high on your agenda, Perranporth is a brilliant starting point, with routes leading over dramatic cliffs, hidden coves and some of Cornwall’s most beautiful seascapes.

Treetops offers a superb base for exploring this vibrant stretch of North Cornwall. Nearby St Agnes is full of character, with swimming and surfing at Trevaunance Cove, independent shops, cosy pubs, bakeries and a growing food scene. Chapel Porth and the iconic Wheal Coates engine house offer some of the most photographed coastal scenery in Cornwall, while the surrounding coastline is rich in mining heritage and natural beauty.

Head west towards Porthtowan for another popular surf beach, continue to Hayle for vast sandy shores and estuary walks, then on to Carbis Bay and St Ives for turquoise waters, harbour life, galleries and excellent dining. Alternatively, travel north to Holywell Bay with its dramatic dunes, Crantock for estuary walks and quieter sands, Newquay for a lively mix of beaches, restaurants and attractions, and Watergate Bay for watersports, wide open space and beachside dining.

Whether you’re seeking adventure, relaxation or a bit of both, this part of Cornwall offers something for everyone, from surfing and paddleboarding to coastal walking, cycling and simply soaking up the sea air.

From summer stays filled with beach days and BBQs to winter weekends of coastal walks, log fires and cosy pub lunches, Treetops comes highly recommended for a luxury stay in Cornwall.
