Set within the historic location of Lanhydrock, The Cutmadoc Estate unites Little Cutmadoc Farm and Lykke – two beautifully distinct, side-by-side homes designed to be experienced as one.
Practical comforts include on-site parking and an electric vehicle charger, while outdoor enthusiasts can take full advantage of the private lake with pontoon, pump tracks and extensive cycle trails accessible directly from the doorstep.
The result is effortless flexibility: two homes that offer space and privacy when needed, and generous shared moments when desired – from long, leisurely lunches to lakeside evenings and slow, restorative days spent outdoors.

Two fully equipped kitchens make catering for 16 feel effortless - whether you’re self-catering across both homes, or inviting a private chef to create a celebratory feast. Highlights include induction hobs, warming drawers, dishwashers, generous refrigeration, and dedicated utility spaces.
Across the estate you’ll find multiple living spaces, open fires/log burners for cosy evenings, and dining for eight in each home - perfect for flexible mealtimes or splitting into smaller family groups (with the option to come together for chef-led dining across the estate).

- Set in 12 acres of mature gardens and paddocks with a private lake (please note swimming is not permitted)
- Two dogs are welcome at Little Cutmadoc Farm. There is a secure paddock within the grounds, however the main gardens are not enclosed but are very secluded. The local area is home to plethora of wildlife including pheasants, squirrels, rabbits etc
