Step Inside
This gorgeous detached early 20th Century gentleman’s residence of over 6,500sq.ft gives the warmest welcome. Embrace the grand entrance with dedicated boot room and move through to the galleried hallway complete with original artwork, oak wood flooring and sweeping staircase. Head through to the living quarters where you are met with the stunning view of the coast and amazing open plan kitchen, dining and living space. The kitchen is equipped with Wolf and Subzero appliances. Adjacent to the open plan space you can move into the TV lounge with pool table. Leading on from here is the gym, 4 person sauna and downstairs bathroom where you can go directly outside to the hot tub and swimming pool. From the dining space you can find the annex bedroom with a mezzanine level where you can hideaway to enjoy a book or use the desk space with a view. You'll discover the bespoke cinema room just off the hallway before you head up stairs to the main bedrooms. You'll discover 4 bedrooms on the first floor and the twin room and master suite with living area and large dressing area on the 2nd floor.
The pool has a safety cover and gated safety fencing.
