- Vouchers can be redeemed towards any stay at any of our properties or on curated experiences offered by Cornish Gems.
- Vouchers are valid for 24 months from the date shown on the voucher.
- Any outstanding voucher balance cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Vouchers cannot be redeemed against bookings made prior to the date shown on the voucher.
- Curated experiences may be managed by trusted third-party suppliers. While we carefully select these providers, Cornish Gems cannot be held responsible for cancellations, rescheduling, or changes made by third-party suppliers. Guests should confirm availability and details with the Guest Experience Team at the time of booking.
- Vouchers are fully transferable and can be gifted to friends or family.
