Casa Bella

Casa Bella is a split-level detached home set over the ground and lower ground levels. Arrive into the main hub to the house, the generous open plan living, dining and kitchen area. Swathed in natural light from the full height glass doors, the space is relaxing and serene against the impressive 180 degree views of St Ives Bay. Suppers are enjoyed at the sea view dining table and even the chef can enjoy the comings and goings of life in the bay. Two of the five bedrooms are located on the ground floor, each with an ensuite bathroom, beautiful interior design and individual style. A central staircase leads to the lower ground floor where three bedrooms are spaced out and a family shower room. Children will enjoy the freedom of the lower level sitting area with large sofa, games to play and large TV for movie nights away from the adults.

Slide back the tri-fold glass doors from the living space and enjoy the inside/outside atmosphere. Step out to the balcony and embrace the outstanding views from this elevated vantage point that stretch from St Ives harbour and away up the coastline towards Godrevy Lighthouse and the wild North Cornish cliffs and beaches. The upper terrace offers a large dining table with chairs located just off the kitchen where al fresco meals can be enjoyed from sunshine brunches to evening BBQs. Steps lead down to the lower terrace where a playground of space and freedom are the backdrop to lazy days at home, dipping in and out of the bubbling hot tub, swinging in the hammock with a good book and of course soaking up the Cornish sunshine. Wander from Casa Bella down to Porthminster beach and along into St Ives. However you like to holiday, this cosmopolitan coastal town has so much to offer. From boat trips around the bay, a plethora of water sports, a tempting collection of galleries and curio shops to simply sitting on the harbour and watching the boats go by. If fine food is on the agenda then you are well placed, enjoy the freshest of seafood with a beachside view, tasty tapas or of course a Cornish pasty. The west of Cornwall is waiting to be explored; visit Lands End, the maritime town of Falmouth, quintessential Mousehole or head north to the culinary inspired Padstow.
