Located over looking the blue seas and golden sands of Porthminster beach, St Ives, Peninsula Apartment 6 offers a contemporary holiday home with luxury twist.  As perfect for families as it is for friends this stand out accommodation ensures its guests a superb base from which to enjoy this beautiful area.  As part of the highly acclaimed St Ives Harbour Hotel, residents are welcome to use the indoor swimming pool and take advantage of The Terrace bar and lounge.  Two beautifully presented bedrooms and indulgent bathrooms combine stylish interior stylish with relaxed comfort.

The Property

From the striking feature wallpaper and carefully chosen artwork to the modern kitchen fittings and contemporary bathrooms this chic apartment oozes luxury living for your coastal holiday.  Arrive to a spacious hallway with storage which leads through to the open plan living/kitchen and dining room.  This sunny room is the hub to the property and offers double glass door access out onto your private balcony and those all important sea and coastline views.  The apartment has been flawlessly styled with thematic feature wallpaper and complementry white and cream furniture and accessories, characterful artwork can be found throughout which evokes the St Ives scenery.  The kitchen is modern in style and fully equipped with all the kitchenalia you'd expect for holiday life, the large breakfast bar offers two high stools for children to enjoy a high-tea.  The glass table sets the scene for dining or simply mapping out your day trips of Cornwall.  Set just off the hallway are two beautiful bedrooms; to the front the sea-facing master bedroom has double glass doors which lead onto the balcony.  You can even enjoy sea views from your pillow.  The second bedroom is to the rear of the building.

From the living space and master bedroom glass double doors lead out onto the balcony with metal railings and glass balastrade, this is a wonderful space to enjoy the sunset as well as the comings and goings of the beach life below.  The apartment building is located on The Terrace as you enter St Ives offering easy access into the town and down onto Porthminster beach.  Days can be spent exploring the plethora of boutique shops and cafes or heading to one of many golden sand beaches including Porthmeor and Porthgwidden.  St Ives has become a mecca for foodie lovers and now offers some wonderful places to dine in style, set just below you the Porthminster Beach Cafe is well worth a reservation.  With an allocated parking space you are well placed to pack up the car for the day and head further west as the roads stretches out before you amoungst some of Cornwall's most breathtaking scenery.

How can I make a reservation?

Online:

  1. Select the property you wish to book
  2. Choose Availability/Prices
  3. Choose the date you wish to book on the calendar
  4. Register/complete/submit the online reservation and pay the monies due

WHAT DO I PAY AND WHEN?

Advance bookings:

  1. Pay 1/3rd deposit to secure your holiday (33.3%) now and pay the balance 4 weeks before your holiday

Last minute bookings:

  1. Payment in full required for all holidays booked within 28 days of arrival

You can pay securely online or over the phone via Sagepay.

Cautionary Deposit:

  1. A cautionary deposit of £250.00 is required prior to your check in. The day before your arrival we will pre authorise your balance payment card for this amount. Should you wish to use an alternative card then please ensure you have this card readily available when making your balance payment. (Please note you can use a credit card for this without incurring any charges).

When you submit an online reservation, you will receive an automated reservation confirmation. Please contact the reservations team with any questions you may have.

How can I pay

We accept debit cards (no charge), credit cards (2.5% surcharge) and international bank transfers.
We do not accept cheque payments.

You can pay for the balance of your holiday and holiday extras by logging into your Cornish Gems account.
