Step Inside

The spacious and stylish open plan kitchen, breakfast room, dining room and sitting room offer a truly relaxing ambiance suited perfectly for couples and larger groups alike.  The well appointed country kitchen is a tempting space to get creative, enjoy some of Cornwall's finest ingredients for a local feast.  At the far end of this wonderful space is the sitting room with inglenook fireplace and traditional wood burner with comfy seating, perfect for that post beach walk cup of tea. The exposed beams and elegant pallet combine stylishly with modern media and kitchen essentials.  The bedrooms are simply wonderful and worthy of any boutique hotel, think oversized marshmallow duvets, the finest white linen and pretty fabrics.  No less indulgent, the bathrooms offer a perfect pamper.

From your Holiday Door

French doors lead from the living area to a very large and secure walled garden.  The garden is completely enclosed, secure and no doubt a welcome relief for families with young children.  The garden is a real sun trap and there are a number of designated seating areas so you can follow the sun all day long.  There is a paved area adjacent to the barn with a large table and enough chairs for all.  Start the holiday in style with a soak in the bubbling hot tub.  The Linhay will suit couples and families that seek the quietness of a rural hamlet yet still desire excellent accessibility to the picturesque north Cornish coast.  The golden sandy beaches at Mawgan Porth, Porthcothan, Constantine Bay, Boobys Bay, Harlyn and Trevone are all extremely close by.  Newquay Airport is conveniently close by, just a short drive away making those trips from the city an appealing and easy option.


  • All the bedrooms feature exposed beams, quality beds and mattresses and are fitted with tasteful furniture and bedside lighting
  • Master bedroom: 6ft super king size bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside cabinets/lamps.  There is a console table with a flatscreen TV along with an en-suite wet room
  • Bedroom two: Offers a versatile sleeping arrangement, a 6ft super king size bed that can be split upon request to create 2 x 3ft single beds (Please advise a member of the team how you require this arrangement when making your booking).  Facilities include a walk in en-suite wet room, wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside tables and lamps
  • Bedroom three: A twin room with 2 x 3ft painted wood beds, reading lights, wardrobe, book shelf and chest of drawers
