Truro city centre offers a myriad of things to see and do. We recommend getting a boat trip from Lemon Quay to Malpas and connect to Falmouth by water. By car, Falmouth is 9 miles and a number of golden sand beaches can be access on the south and north coasts from around 20 minutes drive. Closest beaches with amenities include; Perranporth (north coast), Gyllynvase and Swanpool (Falmouth, south coast). Explore St Mawes and The Roseland Peninsula by taking the King Harry car ferry across from Feock. The pretty village of Ladock is a joy to escape too with a local pub and community shop and superb access to both the north and south coasts including Newquay and Padstow, Charlestown and Fowey all within easy reach.
