We had a wonderful week at Morva. It's such a well appointed property. Such luxury living in such a stunning location. Who could ask for anything more?

Step Inside

Arrive at picturesque Carbis Bay, on Cornwall's south coast, and retreat to the seaside sanctuary of Morva. Enter into the ground floor, where a spacious, sea view kitchen offers so much room to create a flavoursome holiday menu, or simply chill out at the breakfast bar and plan your adentures. Ascend the short staircase up to the top floor, where a sleek, sophisticated dining room pulls the family together. Guests will enjoy spotting boats and sea-life from the comfortable seating area. Descend to the lower third floor, where guests can pull open the glass doors, head out onto the balcony and let the ocean be a stage for leaping dolphins. The bedrooms are located on the lower first and second floors, each room delighting tired explorerers with indulgent beds and calming colour palettes. 

On Your Doorstep

From the living space, step out to the balcony to capture the glorious sea views, stretching down to Godrevy Lighthouse. The newly landscaped garden is an oasis of holiday appeal. Located on the lower level, the 3 terraces are spaced over 3 levels and include a large outside dining table for al fresco dining in style, pockets of seating areas and a fabulous sunken hot tub with views of the sea. This relaxed area is wonderful for laid-back lunches and drawn out summer evenings - that's if you're not too busy trying out all of the tempting eateries in Carbis Bay and St Ives; Ugly Butterfly, just down the road showcases spectacular views and delicious dishes made with locally sourced ingredients. Or, hop into St Ives where a true taste of Cornwall awaits; from fish and chips to fine dining. Carbis Bay (just a five-ten minute walk away), Porthkidney and Porthminster are your local beaches, offering soft white sands and so much opportunity for swimming, paddle boarding or simply soaking up the sights and sunshine of west Cornwall. Sheltered from prevailing winds, Carbis Bay is lapped by turquoise water and popular with families. You can leave the car at home because the St Ives branch line is moments away, making day trips to the bustling town, harbour and beach a breeze.   • The parking is on a steep slope down to the front door
  • Morva is set across five floors, with the bedrooms on the lower floors, kitchen on the ground floor, and dining room on the upper first floor.
  • There are four internal flights of stairs, each 6-7 steps up, with a hand rail.
  • The garden is located on the lower level and is set over 3 terraces with approx 3 steps between each level - please refer to the images for clarity and suitability for your party.
