Sea Glass is a four storey house and part of The Strand collection in Porth, north Cornwall. Arrive into the 1st floor where a spacious hallway leads to two stylish bedrooms and a contemporary family bathroom. Ascend the central staircase to the 2nd floor where the open plan living, dining and kitchen space is flooded with natural light from the full height glass doors. The modern kitchen has been well equipped to cater for eight guests and includes modern appliances and a central breakfast bar where everyone can get involved with the dinner preparations. Dine in style at the wooden table with high back chairs, from hearty brunches to celebratory suppers, make the most of your home away from home. Relax in the comfortable setting of the living area where board games are played and holiday life unwinds. From the living area, slide back the doors to the balcony for an outside inside atmosphere. The final staircase leads to the 3rd floor and two further ensuite bedrooms including the master bedroom, dressed in cool greys and fresh whites and leading to a private balcony. From the hallway, stairs lead down to the ground floor utility/boot room and private garage where bikes and surfboards etc can be safely stowed. Throughout Sea Glass, considered artwork evokes the coastal surroundings and the finest beds, linen and soft furnishings complement the luxury appeal. 

There are a number of outside spaces that can be enjoyed at Sea Glass. From the living room, open up the full height doors to the balcony with two armchairs and small table. The 3rd floor master bedroom also offers a balcony which captures the last of the summer sun. On the 1st floor, the rear bedroom has private access to a courtyard with armchair seating. From the kitchen area, step out to the deck and down the stairs to the enclosed garden where sofa seating for all can be enjoyed and days are spent soaking up the fresh air and Cornish sun. Porth beach is just 250 yds away and a welcome extension to your holiday footprint as morning dips are taken before breakfast and beach BBQ's last through until sunset. Porth is a wonderful family friendly beach with rockpools at low tide, surf for beginners, seasonal lifeguards and a beautiful backdrop against the iconic Porth Island where an evening stroll to the very tip is a must-do with your camera. Leaving your car at Sea Glass, choose to walk to a number of other beaches including Lusty Glaze, Whipsiderry and Watergate Bay. Newquay is just a mile away and offers a cool laid back surf vibe, from artisan cafes, bars and stylish restaurants to surf shops and boutique clothing, it is a fun and energised town to explore. The Mermaid pub is right on the beach at Porth, a very family focused pub or explore the many other tempting places to eat along the coast.
