I was invited to join Rupert Cooper at Philleigh Way Cookery School for a recent vegetarian course and it didn’t disappoint. Rupert owns and runs Philleigh Way, one of Cornwall’s most popular Cookery Schools that’s been trading since 2018 when Rupert made the transition from being a professional rugby player to becoming a professional chef.
