Locations don't get better than this.  Harbour Beach Cottage, as the name suggests, is situated on the harbour front in St Ives enjoying stunning views of the busy harbour and bay from every front facing window.  Pack up the car, with dog in tow and immerse yourself in this central cottage-by-the-sea.

The Property

The owners have carefully created a homely retreat and base from which to enjoy your holiday in the jewel of the Cornish crown that is St Ives.  Painted with fresh white walls each room is punctuated with a fusion of confident colours from the stripe and spot prints of the sitting room to the striking black and green tiling of the kitchen.  This versatile holiday home ensures ample space in which to sit back and relax or for a group of people to come together for a old fashioned catch up.  Each bedroom has been individually styled in cool blues and linen whites creating a restful haven.

Outside the kitchen is a pretty vintage love seat painted in a soft Cornish blue so you can enjoy the views and fresh air with your morning coffee, afternoon ice cream, or that post dinner digestif.  With its central St Ives location you are well placed to explore the cobbled streets and harbour front with the bustle of fishing boats bringing in their catch.  A tempting collection of cafes, restaurants and shops are just moments away - walk from holiday home door to a morning latte and cake in no time.  Harbour Beach Cottage suits couples and families seeking a prime harbour front location with all the delights of this picturesque coastal town.

How can I make a reservation?

Online:

  1. Select the property you wish to book
    1. For weekly holidays - choose Availability/Prices
    2. For 2-5 night stays - choose Short Breaks
  2. Choose the date you wish to book on the calendar
  3. Register/complete/submit the online reservation and pay the monies due

WHAT DO I PAY AND WHEN?

Advance bookings:

  1. Pay 1/3rd deposit to secure your holiday (33.3%) now and pay the balance 4 weeks before your holiday

Last minute bookings:

  1. Payment in full required for all holidays booked within 28 days of arrival

You can pay securely online or over the phone via Worldpay.

When you submit an online reservation, we will contact you within working hours (normally same working day) to confirm the details of your stay and answer any questions you may have.

How can I pay

We accept debit cards (no charge), credit cards (2.5% surcharge) and international bank transfers.
We do not accept cheque payments.

Online Payments

You can pay for the balance of your holiday and holiday extras by logging into your Cornish Gems account.

1 Privilege Payment Plan: Please note the £100 holding deposit is non-refundable

  • There is no parking available with this property however, you are able to purchase a "Rover" parking permit (requires at least 10 days notice) which will entitle you to stay in any of the council run long stay car parks throughout Cornwall.  Weekly tickets are also available to purchase from the car park itself, if the 10 day notice period has passed.  Please note that purchasing your ticket in this way will only entitle you to use the car park it was purchased from.  Please also be aware that neither of these tickets will guarantee you a space.  Ask a member of the team for further details.  Your nearest car park is The Island car park, just a few minutes walk from the property
